Exchanges
If you need to “exchange” your sandals for another size or color you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be accepted only if original order was phoned in to our customer service department or was placed through our website.
Send us the unworn product in it's original packaging along with a completed Exchange/Return Form. You will find a link to the Exchange/Return Form below which can be downloaded as a PDFand printed. Note that exchanges must be for a style/color that is the same price as your original purchase.
You must include a check made out to Aquaz in the amount of $8.95 (shipping within U.S.) for one pair (add $2.00 for each additional pair) to cover shipping your new selection back to you. Send your product, check, and Exchange/Return Form to the address below.
Packages must be sent freight prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection we suggest sending your package via insured parcel post, or other traceable methods.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of purchase in it's original packaging for a refund of the original product cost, minus shipping and handling. Contact customer service at 800 / 537-5238 to receive return authorization. Returns will be accepted only if original order was phoned in to our customer service department or was placed through our website.

Warranty Policy
Aquaz warranty policy applies to defective materials or workmanship only and lasts for 30 days from date of purchase from our website, or through phone purchases from our customer service department. Contact our customer service department at 800 / 537-5238 for return authorization. Do not return product without first getting return authorization. It is helpful to have the style name or number, color, and size when calling.
Upon receipt of your product we will evaluate the footwear to determine if the problem is a result of manufacturing defects or normal wear. If no defect is found the footwear will be returned to you. If a manufacturing defect is found we will replace your product with the same style, or one of equal style and value.
